The hotel is conveniently located just opposite a tram station, making it easy to access attractions like dam square and the main museums. The rooms are clean and neat, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast in the morning. The hotel also has a garden where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine. the hotel offers good value for the price.
Some guests have reported encountering rude behavior from the reception staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the museum district. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby museums and beautiful Vondelpark. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room, although not large, was well-decorated and had a nice attention to detail. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - it was just a short walk to the major museums and near most attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and modern room that had a great shower and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great tips on transportation and sightseeing. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and there was a medium-sized supermarket close by for any additional needs.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised that The Concert Hotel was located right beside a tram stop, making it convenient to reach the city center in just 5 to 10 minutes. Additionally, it was only a 3-minute walk to famous attractions like the Van Gogh Museum and the I Amsterdam sign. I appreciated having a supermarket nearby for convenience. The area was nice and quiet, yet still close to the center.
