The hotel is conveniently located just opposite a tram station, making it easy to access attractions like dam square and the main museums. The rooms are clean and neat, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast in the morning. The hotel also has a garden where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine. the hotel offers good value for the price.
Some guests have reported encountering rude behavior from the reception staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the museum district. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby museums and beautiful Vondelpark. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was just a short walk to the major museums and near most attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and modern room that had a great shower and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great tips on transportation and sightseeing. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and there was a medium-sized supermarket close by for any additional needs.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. I was really surprised that The Concert Hotel was located right beside a tram stop, making it convenient to reach the city center in just 5 to 10 minutes. It was only a 3-minute walk to famous attractions like the Van Gogh Museum and the I Amsterdam sign. I appreciated having a supermarket nearby for convenience. The area was nice and quiet, yet still close to the center.
